Deck size is 20 feet by 30 feet.

There is one deck like you see in the picture.

This deck is built with pressure treated wood, all the framing stays and all the top, the floor in which are long boards 1”x 6” x 16’ it will be removed.

There are 8 sections from post to post, railing, it will be removed.

 

The homeowner will provide a dumpster and materials.

 

Now, install a new platform of trek boards on top, like it was it. Original style

Homeowners says:

       “I don't know the size of the railed they come assembled from Lowe's so I would need to buy a few pieces.”

Approximately there are 8 sections of railing.
