Build a platform on top of a roof and railing 

Framing will frame or attach to the house, all the 2x8 lumber will be underneath the sliding door. 

All basic installation, no diagonal - straight boards. 

 

It was an old deck before. Right now it is a 12x12 area. It used to be a floating deck. 

Work is available to do right away 

All framing with pressure treated wood and on top with grey trex 

The height from the ground to the deck is like 10-12 feet 

 

2 sets of steps with one landing of 4 feet square. 

 

Right now there is one steps but now it needs to do everything NEW - 

White railing of vinyl 

 

New deck - 12x12 or 12x24 

Treks and white railing  

With railing, landing and steps 

      Wide 42 inches steps 

Built with 2x8 lumber pressure treated wood 

 

Can you see, There is one picture with stair… that stair it will be removed and replace build with new one 

 

We need a price, just labor.. All materials will pay the homeowner.
