Complete sanding at: 

  1. Two bedroom - 140 and 240 sq/ft 
  2. Hallway area 
  3. Kitchen area 

 

Total it will be up to 800 square / feet 

 

10 square/ feet of repairs 



NOTE FROM HOMEOWNER: 

 

  1. master bedroom- partly sanded already- 215 sf- pine.

 

  1. 3rd floor small bedroom- will be empty- 80 sf

 

  1. 3rd floor- living room. 150 sf pine, 10 sf patching. Carpet and materials will be removed by the owner before sanding.

 

  1. 2nd floor hall, vestibule, kitchen.

All furniture boxes and cabinets will be removed by the owner before sanding the floor . Approximately 335 SF. 9 sf patching maple floor under refrigerator after kitchen is removed.

 

  1. I have sent photos of the rooms that I need to have you sand and 2 coats of oil-based polyurethane (the owner will buy) on the floors.



WE NEED ONLY LABOR PRICE 

Homeowner will buy all materials 



No baluster 

No stairs
