Redo the front porch

East Northport

Porch is all wood 4’ x 27’

  1. Remove all wood platform 1x6 board   
  2. Reinforce everything and install plywood on top   
  3. Install cement board on top 
  4. Reface with tile stone on top   
  5. Steps

And 

Walkway work 4 feet by 10 feet 

  1. Remove old paver    
  2. Prepare the site with rca    
  3. Cement all paver borders 
  4. Compact it and put sand
  5. Install pavers  
  6. Put on top polymeric sand

 

Walkway size approx.3 feet by 6 feet
