POWER WASH THE HOUSE AND GARAGE FROM BOTTOM TO TOP AND ALL AROUND.

PAINT THE HOUSE AND GARAGE FAÇADE

 

    1.  Power wash from bottom to top and all sides of the house and also the garage exterior siding
    2.  Fill all holes with paste filler for siding and caulk all windows and areas where it needs it
    3.  Wash the gutter with water to throw all leaves and debris.
    4.  Remove all shutters from the windows, check all nails of the gutters and secure it some places if it needs it.
    5.  Paint all the siding of this house:  primer first where it needs it and paint 2 coats of paint off-white
    6.  Paint 3 aluminum storm doors inside and outside
    7.  Also paint concrete exterior basement wall. - Knee wall all around the house
    8.  Power wash shingle roof one area – where it show in the video- its like 8  feet by 12 feet
    9.  no need to paint black the metal iron railing 
    10.  paint gutter too 

 

House is 30 feet wide and long is 35 feet

Height is each floor 8 feet
