Hi! I’d like to get an estimate to refinish my basement. Unfortunately I had a cat with a urinary problem and I can’t get the smell out! I live in the Huntington area.

remodel all drywall from wall and ceiling up to 60 boards 

install insulation where it needs 

put new drywall - spackle - primer and paint one color 

 

to put tile on top of the exising one 

it will be big tile 18x18 size for the floor 

it's until 1,000 square / feet of floor tile installation

 

basement area it is around 24' x 40'
