Masonry work:

       Replace blacktop with 3 size color paver bricks 6” x 9”

       Driveway Belgian blocks stays but only needs to put some cement in between

        One row of bricks 6”x9” up to 100 lineal feet one color as a border next to Belgian blocks and weave all the pavers inside the driveway and walkway

        Walkway is approximately up to 40 square feet

        Driveway is 10 feet by 26 feet = 260 sq/ft – (Cambridge regular paver 6x9 Corey blend, Pennsylvania blue/grey)

        Apron Belgian blocks: Next to front sidewalk start the driveway with 2 feet by 10 feet with Belgian blocks

       

Work needs to do right away

  1. Stoop platform: Bluestone stone 4 feet by 12 feet / clean it with brush and apply seal on the stoop
  2. There are 2 wrought iron column needs to do light sand and paint with black rustolem paint 2 column

 

We need a price included materials, debris removal and labor
