drywall molding carpet paint Deer Park

up to 10 drywall spackle/ paint all basement - carpet floor and stair - base molding all around basement.
in the basement there are 2 small rooms...one storage, laundry room and another one small living room....first 2 pics from laundry room and others from living room....
1) need to take off carpet from living room and stairs and place new similar same color with new carpet
2) on one side below wall need to fix...it's wood and need paint
3) in the laundry room need to place carpet in the middle only...same carpet
basement area is 800 square/feet
