this is the left side of the house, if you look from the front 

needs to raise one more feet the exterior basement knee wall:  right now it is 2 feet height and they want 3 feet height. 

 

it can be put one layer of cindar block on top of the red bricks and 

put another layer of red bricks on top of the cindar blocks

doing both layers will add one more foot 

 

give to our company a labor price.
