Supposition notes: all wall and ceiling is plaster and tile floor with cement too

Second floor bathroom and Hallway ceiling underneath

Replace Knee tile 18”x18” – 3-4ft height tile outside shower

New tile floor – big tile

New sink and toilet

Located in Garden city

Plaster wall – cement walls and ceiling – all debris you take outside and throw it to dumpster
Floor remove and put mud job
Replace Shower body same place.
Replace Shower door
Install New drywall on the walls, ceiling, spackle, primer and paint everything
Paint One color for both ceiling and walls
Shower wall tile size 18”x18”
Mud- Oatey® PVC Shower Pan Liner and Shower base tile floor – square 12x12 mosaic tile
No medicine cabinet- Just mirror to hang
New installation of exhaust fan
New shower door

Note:

Keep the entrance door of the bathroom

Window stays

Dumpster will be in driveway

All materials you will pickup, homeowner will pay all materials

We only need your labor price for me, the company.
