Scope Of Work
-Room size- 23'-5" x 10'
-Existing crawl space is 5 feet high.
-excavate down to reach same level as basement floor.
-Extend existing footings if necessary.
-Install 3 new cinder block walls 18” above grade.
-Waterproof new cinder block walls.
-Frame out 1 exterior door opening and stairs with drain.
-Cut existing basement concrete wall for new entrance to room.
-Pour new concrete floor to be level with existing basement.
Optional price to finish interior.
-Build interior walls with 1 closet.
-Insulate walls and ceiling
-Sheetrock new walls and ceiling.
-Supply and install exterior 36” door.
-Supply and install new interior door into basement.
-supply and install new vinyl flooring
