Belgium blocks work Sayville

Along this picket fence I need a length of 24 ft of that existing Belgian block moved 3 ft to the right.
That includes removing the asphalt and the crushed gravel underneath because I want to make a garden bed there.
And on this side of the driveway I need about 52 ft of that Belgian block removed and reinstalled level with the asphalt.

The 24-ft length, I need those Belgian block moved over to the right 3 ft and the asphalt and gravel underneath removed
and in the red line I need the 52 ft of Belgian block removed and sunk flush with the asphalt.
The 24-ft length with the blue line Belgian block does not have to be sunk flush with the asphalt. It could stay above just like it is now.
