cement self leveling will go on top of the tile. no need demolition. 

there is one apartment, first floor, there is a basement underneath.

right now there are square tiles, like 8 inches by 8 inches.

 there are 450 square/feet all the area .

This work it needs to start this coming Tuesday , February 4 

at 9am , location it is in Dix hills - Huntington 

 

you need to have your own tools and do the work. 

all materials will be at the jobsite 

if you have experience and you have done it this work many times, you know what to do. 

we are going to pay per day. homeowner will be at the house. 

 

how much it is your day of 8 hours .. just one tile mason mechanic. ?
