1. paint all walls in Grey color , two coats 
2. paint all ceiling in white 
3. all trims will be semi gloss white 
4. Paint closets and doors

• 2 rooms 
• kitchen 
• living room 
• stairs areas

NOTE: 

homeowner will pay for all materials, benjamin paint and spackle materials

we need just labor price, work it may be ready for
