8.- Finish the drywall 2 feet height, spackle and paint it.
Another price is only the area, install piece of drywalls, spackling and paint the area.
The place is approximately 500 square feet
We have a basement that had some water damage, so all the sheetrock and the insulation have been removed.
So, we need to get the insulation back along with the drywall. And I'm having an electrician upgrade the panel and put in some of those wafer lights. But I just wanted to get an estimate from you on those services as well as
replacing the floor with ceramic tile and possibly redoing the bathroom that's down there as well.
