2.     basement drywall #    install 30 pcs spackle 60
3.     spackle – primer – paint

framing some areas – 10 studs

install one bathroom – (shower wall tile done) shower base – toilet – sink - floor tile-half wall tile

1.     backsplash size – up to 30 sq/ft
2.     install kitchen cabinet # 6 pcs 
3.     sink
4.     open concrete to install one window for kitchen
