Bathroom 5 feet by 8 feet - partial remodeling

This bathroom is located in the 5th floor of a building in the Bronx, NY 

 with interior walls are primarily plaster over lath, not drywall

Height of the wall is about 10-12 feet 

Some areas of walls, it needs light skim coat, sanded and primer after - paint 2 coats all the walls and ceiling

In the shower area, some tiles is crack, it needs to replace it

It needs to regrout all the shower area, up to where the water spouts. and after apply white caulk the corners. 

• It needs a bathtub Reglazing with ceramic paint and bathtub floor sanded paint.  . (this reglazing will do a specialist)

It Installs a new shower door.

Remove old one and install new medicine cabinet, replacement same size

On top of the existing floor, install laminate LVT and replace it with a new marble saddle. 

Outside of the bathroom: 

You see 3 pictures. There is a window, around the window like L-shape the wall, you see the plaster surface is water damaged, bumpy, it needs to scrape the area and replaster, to make it smooth again. Only the area and after, primer and paint.
