1. PATCHING TWO SMALL ROOMS

  • Patch Room #1: 6 ft × 2 ft

  • Patch Room #2: 6 ft × 2 ft

  • Clean damaged area

  • Remove loose concrete and debris

  • Apply bonding agent

  • Mix cement properly

  • Fill the hole and level it

  • Smooth the surface

  • Allow proper curing time

 

2. SELF‑LEVELING – 1,000 SQ FT

  • Clean entire 1,000 sq ft area

  • Remove dust, bumps, paint chips

  • Apply primer for self‑leveling

  • Mix self‑leveling compound

  • Pour and spread evenly

  • Use gauge rake and smoothing tool

  • Maintain thin coat (not thick)

  • Let cure overnight

 

3. POLISHING / SANDING – 300 SQ FT

  • Sand the 300 sq ft area

  • Remove rough spots and scratches

  • Vacuum all dust

  • Apply floor polish or wax

  • Buff until shiny

 

4. GENERAL WORK CONDITIONS

  • Commercial building: follow noise rules

  • Protect walls, doors, and equipment

  • Keep workspace clean

  • Remove all garbage at the end

  • Follow safety procedures

 

5. MATERIALS INCLUDED
