Scope of Work

Front Entry Door

1. Remove existing storm door.
2. Install new storm door (provided by homeowner).
3. Install new weather stripping as needed.
4. Scrape loose paint from existing door jambs and trim.
5. Sand existing door jambs and trim.
6. Prime repaired surfaces.
7. Paint existing door jambs and trim.
8. Touch up and refresh paint the front entry door as needed.

Kitchen Cabinets

1. Repair water-damaged cabinet area beneath the sink.
2. Sand cabinet surfaces.
3. Degloss and prepare surfaces for painting.
4. Apply primer.
5. Paint cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and exposed cabinet surfaces.

Cabinet Count

1. Approximately 5 cabinet doors.
2. Approximately 3 functional drawer fronts.
3. Approximately 2 fixed decorative drawer-front panels.

Materials

1. Homeowner will provide and pay for all materials, including:

• Storm door
• Paint
• Primer
• Weather stripping
• Caulk and other necessary supplies

Exclusions

1. No replacement of the main entry door.
2. No replacement of door jambs.
3. No structural carpentry repairs beyond minor surface preparation and cosmetic repairs.
