- Excavate area outside window approximately 6' x 6' as needed.
- Cut foundation wall and enlarge opening for new 36" x 48" egress window.
- Remove concrete/block debris from site.
- Install new 36" x 48" egress window.
- Waterproof and seal around new window.
- Build cinder block retaining walls on both sides of egress area.
- Build stairs with lumber
- Install gravel base and drainage at bottom.
- Backfill and grade around new walls.
- Clean job site and haul away debris.
