painting an apartment - ONLY WALLS AND TRIMS

ONLY WALLS AND MOLDING - SOME SMALL REPAIRS LIKE NAILHOLES, BEFORE PAINTING  

this is an apartment in second floor, in a building 

there is an elevator too 

this work first needs to fix some nail holes and paint 2 coats with same color, linen white 

and trims , white trims.. 

all the apartment is close to 1,000 square feet and you can see all the pics here. 

livingroom + dining room = one area

We have the paint and need someone with all the equipment and material materials. it needs minor patching of nail holes and other stuff. Generally, the walls are good and the ceilings are perfect and do not need work.
