Basement Apartment Painting Project – Deer Park

Scope of Work:

• Prepare all surfaces before painting.
• Repair minor wall damage, including small patches and nail pops.
• Spot-prime repaired areas as needed.
• Apply 2 coats of paint to all walls.
•  
  • Paint the bedroom in a color similar to the existing color.
  • Paint the living room gray.
  • Paint the kitchen according to the selected color.
•  
• Apply 2 coats of white ceiling paint throughout the apartment.
• Paint all baseboards, moldings, and trim with white semi-gloss paint.
• Paint 5 interior doors, both sides, including door frames if required.
• Protect floors and surfaces during painting.
• Clean up the work area and remove all debris upon completion.

Notes:

• Apartment is approximately 500 square feet.
• Ceiling height is 7 feet.
• No ladder work required.
