roof - carpentry - paint

Hi, we have some handyman work to do at this house.

1. Replace 2 or 3 shingles on the roof.
2. Fix kitchen ceiling 4sq/ft caused due to water damage from the roof.
3. Install new rails, balusters and post for interior stairs. 6 steps.

customer says: 

The cost should include the sheetrocks, nails, staining and paint. Shingles and stair materials I can buy from Home Depot.
