Shed Roof Replacement – 12' x 8' (Approx. 130 SF)

Scope of Work:

1. Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingles.
2. Inspect roof decking for damage.
3. Replace damaged plywood only if approved by contractor/owner.
4. Install new synthetic underlayment.
5. Install drip edge on all eaves and rakes.
6. Install 3 new tabs asphalt shingles.
7. Install ridge cap shingles.
8. Clean job site and remove all debris.
9. Magnetic sweep for nails around shed.
