Scope of Work:
1. Living Room / Den Ceiling
- Remove and dispose of existing ceiling drywall.
- Install new insulation in ceiling cavity.
- Supply and install approximately 8 sheets of drywall (sheetrock) on ceiling.
- 8 feet height ceiling
- Tape all joints.
- Apply spackle/mud as needed.
- Sand and prepare for finish.
- Prime and paint complete ceiling.
2. Window Replacement
- Remove existing windows.
- Supply and install 4 double-hung windows.
- Approximate size: 3' x 2' (to be field verified).
- Include all necessary trim, insulation, caulking, and cleanup.
Requirements
- Provide labor and material price separately, and also a total turnkey price.
- Include debris removal and jobsite cleanup.

1. Techo de Sala / Den (Living Room)
- Retirar y desechar el sheetrock (drywall) existente del techo.
- Instalar insulation nuevo en el espacio del techo.
- Suministrar e instalar aproximadamente 8 láminas de sheetrock nuevas (4x8x1/2)
- Encintar (tape) todas las juntas.
- Aplicar masilla (spackle) según sea necesario.
- Lijar y preparar superficies.
- Imprimar y pintar el techo completo.
2. Reemplazo de Ventanas
- Retirar ventanas existentes.
- Suministrar e instalar 4 ventanas de doble hoja (double-hung).
- Tamaño aproximado: 3' x 2' (medidas deben verificarse en sitio).
- Incluir aislamiento, calafateo (caulking), sellado, molduras y acabados necesarios.
- Limpieza final del área de trabajo.
