  • Windows work property needs to replace, repair.
  • Vinyl siding to repair
  • Tile work
  • Basement drywall work

 

Homeowner rather to show in person all the things he wants,

This is what he emailed:

here are some pictures you asked for. Some of the items I need done.

  1. Presuure washing whole house and patio area.
  2. Remove boarded up window boards. Inspect all windows and repair as needed. Some might need new windows.
  3. Replace aluminum siding where needed.
  4. Clean out all gutters.
  5. Replace side yard entrance door.
  6. Install and repair fron entry door with new locks.
  7. Install new Vinyl flooring in Kitchen, entrance way and hallway off of bedrooms.
  8. Remove 3 kitchen cabinets and reinstall  closer to the ceiling and replace the crown molding.
  9. Build 12x12 wooden deck off back of house.
  10. Remove sheetrock in basement and install new sheetrock, tape and compound.

These are the main items. There might be some miscellaneous items that come up as I go along.

 

The exterior work is high priority right now.

 

We need more pictures of all things he wants to understand better and jump to a price.
