Basement Bathroom remodeling 

It needs to remove all wall, ceiling, and tile floor 

Floor is concrete slab 

All tile floor is out and replace with new tile 

All walls with drywall/wonderboard behind will be out and ceiling too 

 

New shower body replace 

The shower spot install on the ceiling 

 

Install all walls and ceiling with cement board , apply thinset 

Remove entrance door - white 6 panel wood door and install new shower door 

Install new toilet and sink at the same place 

 

Install new tile same size or bigger on the wall, ceiling, floor. 

Grout everything 

 

No painting

BOILER ROOM:

 

Folding doors wide is like 8-10 feet long by 6 feet height 

Remove that 

Frame all the wall and make opening for door installation 

Install drywall, spackle and paint the area 

 

Install new 32 inches door 

One side drywall on the wall 

Inside the boiler no need to have drywall.
