  1.     Demolition complete
  2.     Build new shower floor tile, basic shower body 
  3.     Install new exhaust fan instead of only light.  
  4.     Install cement board in the 3 walls of shower areas – tape/spackle with thinset
  5.     Install drywall on the wall, ceiling – tape/spackle
  6.     Mud job on the floor
  7.     Install wall tile around the shower and knee wall tile – tile size 12x24
  8.     Install floor tile 12x24
  9.     paint all the bathroom
  10. install shower door
  11. toilet – sink

 

Shower niche – 

 

No replace of window and entrance door 

No replace the heater
