Take everything from this bathroom - demo 

Homeowner will take of: shower body, shower liner, toilet and sink. 

 

  1. Install new drywall on the ceiling and walls except the shower wall. 
  2. Install cement board on the shower wall from bottom to top and tape it with thinset cement. 
  3. do the mud job inside the shower floor
  4. Walls tile will be only: on 3 walls of shower 88 square/feet and grout it. 
  5. make a hole in the shower wall to put a plastic niches to place shampoos or anything. 
  6. put tile shower floor and grout 
  7. outside shower area, Install tile on the concrete slab, bathroom floor: new tile is 10 feet by 5 feet = 50 sq/ft  and grout it. 
  8. Spackle all walls and ceiling 
  9. Primer and paint entire bathroom
  10. Install new shower door 

TILE SIZE FOR WALL AND FLOOR: 12 inches by 24 inches 

porcelain tile 

 

no bathroom door entrance 

no exaust fan 

no lights 

no sink, toilet, drain

no more knee tile- 4 feet tile, only painted

no garbage take it away
