The only part of the floor it;s a little raised or need to repair.. But it looks good 

Anyway it will be installed this LVT floor on top of the existing floor 

No floor removal.

BASE MOLDING: 

When you install new laminate floor, it needs to remove molding and maybe it breaks. For this reason it will be better to install new base molding all around.
