I am looking to renovate my basement bathroom. I would like 12x24 tiles on the floor and the walls up to the ceiling. Attached is one picture. The bathroom isn’t too big. Let me know what is the cost ti do the renovation.

  1. Complete Demolition
  2. Basic shower body
  3. Install new cement board inside shower and drywall outside plus spackle ceiling/wall
  4. Spackle with thinset all cement board.
  5. Install 12”x24” wall shower tile + grout– no ceiling tile
  6. Inside shower floor with no mud job - tile + grout
  7. Outside shower: the floor installs tile, tile is 12x24
  8. Outside shower full tile wall installation
  9. Replace the trap with square drain. If there is no cost.
  10. Replace toilet. 2 pieces—convert with 1 piece - same spot
  11. Replace also the sink with cabinet
  12. Mirror medicine cabinet- install new light on top of the mirror
  13. No exhaust fan- install new exhaust fan with light
  14. New drywall on the ceiling – spackle, primer and paint
  15. To replace one ceiling light
  16. No window replaces
  17. Only curtain will have, no shower door
  18. No need to replace bathroom entrance door, only paint the door
  19. Redo closet with 2 shelves
