  1. Remove all wall, ceiling, floor, and all accessories- dumpster will be outside
  2. Replace new Shower body – standard.
  3. Replace Bathtub and traps – same size
  4. Drywall and cement board installation
  5. Wall tile around the shower area up to the top.
  6. Mud job on floor
  7. Floor tile – size 12” x 12”
  8. Replace new Sink and toilet – new traps and hoses  
  9. Spackle 3 coats
  10. Primer and paint
  11. Medicine cabinet, lights
  12. replace entry bathroom door

  • no knee tile wall 
  • no tile niches
