House has unfinished basement underneath - everything is open the basement ceiling

5x9 bathroom 

 

EVERYTHING WILL BE REPLACEMENT. 

 

  1. Complete removal of wall, ceiling, floor, everything out to the dumpster 
  2. Install new bathtub 
  3. Basic shower body, one handle 
  4. Replace lights
  5. Install cement board around the shower area and spackle with thinset 
  6. Green drywall the rest of the bathroom, walls and ceiling 
  7. To install full wall tile on the shower area and half wall 4 feet - outside shower wall all around. 
  8. Spackle everything and primer - 2 coat of paint of the ceiling and half walls
  9. Install cement board or mud job on the floor 
  10. New floor tile and grout 
  11. Basic Toilet, sink cabinet 36 inches  
  12. Medicine cabinet 



DO NOT NEED TO DO THIS: 

  • No shower door 
  • No tile niche
  • No entrance door
