ATTICK WORK –

 

  1. Before to put plywood, it needs to install 2x4x8 lumber on top because wire is running and then put plywood – 23 pieces of wood 2x4x8
  2. put new insulation and install new plywood floor on the attic – up to 1,300 square / feet 

it will be using bat insulation.

  1. it has attic ladder – plywood it need to cut in half like 2’x8’
  2. going to attic, bring up 7 pieces of osb plywood to install, so cutting in half, it means 14 pieces of 2feet by 8feet   

 

DECK AREA like 5 feet height 

  1. Floor of the deck remove and install composite board, treks – 12x7 = 84 and 12x7 = 84 (168 square/feet up to 200 sq/ft)
  2. Two Ramp floor to replace.  3 feet by 33 and 3 feet by 33 feet
  3. Deck Railing

 

 

SOFFIT IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE – over hang of the front of the house.  

Underneath soffit

Past owners They put thin plywood, but now new homeowner wants to remove that plywood and put back the same plastic soffit in order to get air inside.

      Just the front remove plywood in soffit 2 feet wide by 40 feet long
