  1. First window

Second floor a/c – window: there is garage there , can stand in the roof of the garage to do the window replacement.

  1. Replace one window with new window.
  2. remove a/c; cover hole both sides – no need a/c
  3. fix the drywall – spackle – no paint.
  4. fix the siding outside. 

 

  1. second window stays – only replace case molding and behind drywall 1 foot around.

Remove molding and dry wall around window, re-dry wall.

    Mold around the case molding and re- sheetrock like 1 foot around the window. Tape/spackle all around the window. Ready for painting – install new molding.

 

  1. Replace sliding door w/French door.

Remove both doors and put French door and screen door.

NOTE: 

Window to be replaced is about 34"x40".

The sliding door is about 57"x80"
