6. Tile all the shower wall from bottom to top
7. No Knee tile wall
8. New toilet
9. New sink cabinet
10. Mirror outside and light
11. Install new exhaust fan
12. No ceiling replacement
13. Floor – mud job on the floor and new tile – 12 x 12
14. Shower wall – 12x14
15. Install new Custom tile niche
16. Spackle all drywall
17. Replace entrance door
18. Primer and paint all the bathroom
